Last month for my birthday I joined LA Weight loss. I am so glad I did. I have been over weight since I was a teen and I have tried many times to lose it on my own. I finally decided that I really needed to do this for myself and for my family.
the LA Weight loss program helps you eat real food. teaches about portion sizes and making the best food choice available. I go in to the center 3 times a week for a 1:1 meeting with a wonderful counselor. I just had my 4 week mark and I have lost 5.5 lbs and 2 inches!! I feel better already and I feel better about myself. So over the next several months you may notice David and I making better food choices and slimming down.
Also ask me how I'm doing I can use all the support I can get.
If anyone has been thinking about losing weight and really is committed to doing it I suggest joining LA Weight loss. I would be happy to talk to anyone about the program or questions you might have.

Way to go Holly! I've heard great things about LA Weightloss. I'm sure you are feeling a boost of energy too with your eating habits. Keep it up!
Good for you, Holly! I can't wait to lose my baby weight...Michael is my weight-loss program! Well, I'm not losing much weight--I'm burning calories like crazy but I'm eating like a horse!
Yay for you! We're (and my sisters and their hubbies) still doing Weight Watchers, which is working pretty well. From what I understand, it's not too different from LA WL. I'll be sure to pass along some of my favorite diet recipes if you'll do the same!

I was diagnosed with gestational DM with Ethan and Josh followed my diet which is pretty much thesame, low carbs and small portions and he lost 10 lbs for 1 month! pretty good huh. keep it up. I'm proud of you
