Another week down, that makes 3 weeks of school down and only 9 to go! wow time sure flies. So far in school I have learned how to clarify butter, make 3 kids of roux, cut up a whole chicken, make stock, sharpen knives. I have read over 200 pages of the Book of Mormon. I have learned about inalienable rights, the rule of law, the events leading up to and through the Declaration of Independence. I have learned about arranging furniture an that my style is a "summer". And we still have more then half to go!

I am amazed you can think of all those things at once. If I were to have written a list like that for a semester it would have taken me a very, very long time.
Cool! I learned how to cut up a chicken from my mom. So proud of you.
Which of these skills / experiences / learnings do you find most helpful to you in your life?
I am really looking forward to putting those great stock and gravy skills to good use!
