this week

Arora has gotten to the phase where she doesn't want to be fed. Most of the time it is fine she can pick up small foods just fine. She also loves yogurt and feeding herself and eating yogurt is a messy messy experience. it only happens right before bath time.

Some of Arora's new favorite foods: freeze dried raspberries and blueberries, grated cheese, bits of chicken and anything that I am eating.

We brought Arora these little bowls and plates at target last week and she thinks they are so cool. We baby sat some friends kids last weekend their 2 year old was walking around with snacks and Arora wanted some too. I gave in and now she wants to walk around with snacks all the time. She knows there is often a snack baggie in the diaper bag and will fish it out.

We receive a package this week from my mom this week for Arora's birthday. It is this spinning toy and she loves it. She wants to carry it around with her but it is a little to big for her.

The next two are my favorite. In 2005 my family had reunion in Disneyland, some of my siblings and I drove down the coast of California, camping along the way to get down there. One day we stopped at a Taco Bell, I had a kids meal and the this mustache was the toy. We have pictures with my then one year old, neice having this in her mouth. It was so funny seeing a baby with a mustach. I have kept this and some times will sneak up to David and say "give me a kiss" then he will turn around and I will have the mustach mouth. Always Funny.
