Thank you, Holly. I have a big paper to write this weekend, and your blog has inspired me. Where did you find this video? I remember the original talk - what a lovely summary of it.
This brought tears to my eyes. It helped me make the connection--in the next life we will be master creators, so we should be practicing now. So beautiful.
The church ( the church of Jesus Christ Of Latter Day Saints, that is) put out a video like this every week, I think, on youtube. You can go to youtube and search for Mormon messages and see the lot of them. Some are put out as TV commercials too.
I love this video! I go watch it every now and then and it is always so uplifting. Sometimes when I work on my little projects I feel like I'm just puttering around the house, not really doing anything important. This video always reminds me that the creation of anything good is important.
Thanks for posting this Holly. I hadn't seen it before. So often, as a mother, I feel like I do so little that is creative. And yet, I make meals, cookies, memories and all of those things are important to my husband and children, even if they aren't important to anyone else.

Wonderful video, Holly!
I think we could all use a reminder sometimes that our creations (like uplifting blogs) are worthwhile.
Thanks Holly! I love this!
