Hey Holly hows it going? Those truffles are so easy to make. I take nutter butters and grind them in the blender. Then I add regular cream cheese. The normal size. i think it's 8oz. Mix cream cheese and nutter butters together. Role into little balls and put in the fridge to chill. Melt chocolate (I do it on the stove in a glass bowl over boweling water). Dip chilled nutter butter balls in melted chocolate and put if the fridge to chill for about an hour. I just use chocolate chips.
